STANDARD DELIVERY
Colissimo delivery costs of €8.
Delivery within 48 hours (working days), after preparation of the order. Note that during peak periods (collection launch, clearance sale, etc.) lead times may be extended to up to 5 working days.
Free from 100€ purchase.
RETURNS
You have fourteen days from the date of receipt of your package to make your return request and post your package. This deadline does not include the time taken to transport your return to us.
We invite you to be particularly vigilant with the items, in order to avoid any damage, if you are not yet sure whether you want to keep them. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Reimbursement is made no later than fourteen days from the date on which BOJADE will be informed of the customer's decision to withdraw (Subject to receipt of the return package).
