General Terms and Conditions
bojade.fr (hereinafter referred to as “The Site”) is published by the Bojade Company whose head office is at 7 rue Jacques Prevert, 78860 Saint Nom la Bretêche, Siret n°80111621100039 (hereinafter referred to as “Bojade” or “ seller ").
The general conditions of sale detailed below apply to all orders placed with the company BOJADE for all items and services offered on the site www.bojade.fr. They are permanently accessible on the Site. BOJADE reserves the right to adapt or modify these terms at any time, the version of the general conditions of sale applicable to any transaction being that appearing online on the site www.bojade.fr at the time of the order. Consequently, placing an order implies full acceptance, without reservation, of these conditions.
- THE CUSTOMER
When recording the Customer's personal data, the latter must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data they provide. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, BOJADE cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.
- PRODUCTS
The Products offered for sale by BOJADE are those appearing on the Site on the day of consultation by the Customer, within the limits of available stocks. In order to best inform the customer, BOJADE makes sure to offer a descriptive sheet for each Product which will contain in addition to the photo the following elements: the price, the sizes available, the colors available, the composition, as well as the characteristics particular.
Minimal differences between a product and its photograph may exist, this may vary depending in particular on the resolution or color definition of the Customer's screen. It is also possible that non-substantial errors may appear in the description of the Product sheet on the Site, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts.
- THE COSTS
Prices are indicated in different currencies and the customer can select the currency of their choice from the following currencies: euros (EUR €), Pound Sterling (GPB £), Singapore Dollar (SGD $), or American Dollar (USD $) all taxes included, excluding delivery costs.
The prices applied in France are those communicated on the Site and confirmed to the Customer when validating the order. Delivery costs are communicated to the Customer on the order summary before validation of the latter and are expressed all taxes included. These costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are invoiced in addition to the sale price of the Products. For delivery within the EU, the VAT of the country where the products are delivered applies. The amount invoiced will then be adjusted at the time of validation of the basket. Customs clearance, payment of various duties or taxes during delivery abroad remain the responsibility of the Customer.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time but we undertake to apply the prices indicated on the Site at the time of your order.
We inform you that in the event of an incorrect price being displayed, whatever the reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error, etc.), even if the order has been validated by us, we will We will cancel automatically and you will be informed as soon as possible. You can then re-order your order at the updated price if you wish to purchase the product.
- THE COMMAND
The Customer selects the chosen Products and adds them to their basket after selecting the desired size and color. The basket located at the top right of the screen informs the Customer that he has taken into account the selections by indicating the details and the number of Products it contains, as well as the overall amount.
The Customer checks the contents of his basket by clicking on “Basket” in order to access the summary of his order. The Customer can then modify the quantities or delete one or more items.
The total amount including tax of the order, distinguishing on the one hand the price due for the Products, and on the other hand the delivery costs, is then indicated in the summary. Once the order has been verified and, if necessary, modified, the Customer validates their basket in order to finalize their order by clicking on “order” again.
If the Customer has a promotional code, he must enter it in the space provided for this purpose in order to benefit from it.
The Customer must create an account, with their delivery and billing details in order to continue validating the order. If the Customer has a customer account, he will identify himself with his email address and password. The Customer then checks all the information and clicks on "continue" to continue with his order.
- THE DELIVERIES
When launching Capsule collections, there is an approximate delay of 2 to 5 working days between the date of the order and the date of shipment (this applies from the day the collection is launched). If for an exceptional reason (slowed production, defect, etc.) the deadline is longer than that indicated on the site, we generally inform the customer by email of the new deadline.
Outside of Capsule launches, shipping times are approximately 2-3 days, but may be extended during peak periods. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, however, we offer shipping costs for orders of 100 euros or more in France and 200€ or more internationally (excluding promotional periods during which the costs shipping charges may be applied to all orders).
The order is prepared and shipped once all items are in stock. In the event that the Customer places an order including items available in stock as well as items with longer availability, the shipping costs will be calculated from the total amount of the order and it will be shipped in full to the expected shipping date for items with the longest lead time. The Customer has the possibility of requesting by e-mail to the following address: contact@bojade.fr, the shipping of the available items first, then the shipping of the other items secondly. In this case the shipping costs will be recalculated according to the amounts of these two orders considered as separate. A flat-rate contribution may be requested if the amount of orders no longer reaches the threshold of 100 euros including tax allowing free shipping to be triggered.
The Customer has the possibility to choose the option that suits him best. Shipping is done from France.
- For orders in France, the Customer has the choice between delivery by Colissimo home with signature or Colissimo collection point. The delivery time is approximately 24/48 hours and may vary depending on busy periods.
- For European destinations, shipping is done via Colissimo and takes approximately 3-4 days.
- For non-EU countries, DOMS-TOMS or internationally, delivery is done via Colissimo International within a variable timeframe depending on the destinations.
5.1 - DELIVERY OF PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-ordering items is offered on a very occasional basis, this status is indicated on the product sheet by the term “Pre-order”, as is the shipping time also indicated on this same page.
In the event that the Customer places an order including items available in stock as well as items on pre-order, the shipping costs will be calculated from the total amount of the order and it will be shipped in full on the date of delivery. 5.2 - DELIVERY AND RETURNS DURING PROMOTIONAL OPERATIONS
During promotional operations such as Lovely Days, shipping costs are applied to all orders in France and internationally. Return costs are also the responsibility of our customers.
- PAYMENT
Online payment is made by the following means: by bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, the Seller offers completely secure online payment.
The Customer must enter their bank card number, its expiry date as well as the 3 numbers of the visual cryptogram present on the back of their card. If payment is accepted, the Customer will be redirected to an order confirmation screen on the Site. In the event of payment failure, the order will not be validated by us.
Upon acceptance of the Customer's payment, the Customer will receive an email confirming their order, summarizing all the items ordered, the billing and delivery address as well as the delivery date. The validation of the order by the Customer and the order confirmation sent to the Customer by email by BOJADE following acceptance of payment constitute the conclusion of a sales contract between the Parties and acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale. The Customer who has placed an order will have the possibility of printing his invoice by connecting to the Site in the order tracking area provided for this purpose.
BOJADE reserves the right not to validate the order in the event of existing dispute(s) with the customer, abusive or abnormal exchanges and returns.
The customer service of the BOJADE site is available to the Customer for any questions relating to their order by email on contact@bojade.fr.
- THE RETURNS
We do not do standard exchanges. If you want a new size, another model, or another color, simply reorder on the e-shop and send us a return request online for the item(s) to be returned to us.
You have fourteen days (14) after receipt of your package to request a return.
Items must be returned in their original packaging (polybag with bar code), new, unworn, unwashed. Any item returned that is non-compliant or damaged will not be accepted for return.
In order to make a return request, we invite you to log in to your personal account.
Here are the steps to follow in your BOJADE customer area:
- Go to the "order history" tab,
- Click on “View order / Make a return” for the order concerned,
- Check the item(s) you wish to return,
- Enter the reason for your return
- Click on “Validate my return”.
You can then download and print the return slip which should be attached to the package.
Returns are free for orders in mainland France (excluding special operations such as Summer Days, Archives, or Lovely Days, etc.). It is specified that only one return request per order is offered. You can generate and print the prepaid label provided in the Colissimo insert.
For returns from abroad, we recommend selecting a sample on the shipping slip and providing a merchandise value of around €5.
Responsibility for the returned package remains that of the buyer until the package is delivered to us (Colissimo tracking status as proof). In the event of loss or damage to the returned package, we will not be able to reimburse the order and the buyer will have to make a claim directly with their carrier with their tracking number.
If you do not make the return with the colissimo label prepaid by BOJADE, we will not be able to reimburse you for the shipping costs of a return paid for by you.

Please note, if you do not make your return request online, and do not follow the returns procedure, we will not be able to reimburse you.
Reimbursement will take place within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following receipt of the Products.

- PERSONAL DATA
BOJADE collects a certain amount of information necessary to process orders. The information is strictly confidential. BOJADE undertakes to take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of its files and the protection of its computer system, and in particular to prevent the Customer's personal information from being distorted, damaged or from unauthorized third parties having access to it. In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law of January 6, 1978, as amended by the law of August 6, 2004, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, modify and delete data concerning him. The Customer can exercise this right by sending an email, specifying their last name, first name, email and postal address: contact@bojade.fr.
The Customer can also modify his personal contact details from his customer area by identifying himself using his email address and password.
